Similar to Maramures in the North West but also distinctly different and with Roma and Hungarian influences, this ‘Journey’ has been carefully planned for an incredible experience and taste of life as it once was, but still now exists in this forgotten corner of Romania.

Working carefully with our partners ‘Carpathian Escapes’ in Eastern Romania, we have timed this ‘Photographic Journey’ to coincide perfectly with this special harvest festival in the Gyimes valley.
